What a minimum of Specs do u need to get 240+fps in games Like Bo4, BF5 or Fortnite with Medium Settings?

i have 2070 asus and  8700k but in fortnite the fps are struggeling about 150fps and 400fps can i lock them on 240?

What does cpu/gpu usage look like?

MSI Afterbruner says me that when im playing Fortnite in action (fight) i the usage of the GPU is 60% at the most and the CPU Usage is like 40% ...

 

is there a way i can use the full Power of the GPU and CPU so the fps are straight over 300 ?

the highest usage of GPU was about 30% and the usage of the CPU was about 50% with over 350fps ...

there must be any way i can use the full power
