This might be the wrong place to post this, so move it if it is. So, as the title says; my keyboard won't work on the PC I just built. The PC is 10000% correctly setup, but I cannot figure out a way to regain access to the USB ports. I thought it may of been that I messed something up, but I brought it to my friend that is good with these types of things, and he was having the same issue. The PC boots up, but when you try to pres DEL to go into BIOS, nothing happens. It just pops up a message saying "Reboot and Select proper Boot Device or insert Boot Media in selected Boot Device and press a key". So, when my friend was troubleshooting the PC, he found out that the HDD I bought was a refurbished one that was completely dead. So he told me to use the bootable USB I made, and run the setup on it, and at the end of the setup it will ask what device to install Windows 10 on, but that wasn't the case. I have absolutely no idea on how to fix this issue. I've tried remove the CMOS battery for 10 minutes, unplugging/plugging the 24 connector back in, and still nothing. If you have a solid solution, PLEASE let me know!

Is the keyboard plugged in to front IO or any other kind of expansion? If not, is it in the top most USB slot?

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

I've tried every USB port the PC has. None of them work.

Have you tried different keyboards? If the motherboard had a PS/2 port and you have a PS/2 keyboard that is pretty much guaranteed to get you in
