I suspect the monitor. GPU-caused artifacts cover the entire screen almost instantly and it doesnt matter what colour it is.

I had a gpu that after several hours would start flickering, tested on 2 different systems with different displays

I've been troubleshooting for a while and have come to know that it's either from the Graphics Card output or Monitor's Panel

Are you able to take the gpu out of the equation, if you have onboard graphics or a known good video card around run off them, if it still does it then you've demonstrated it's the monitor at fault
