Just recently built my computer and loaded windows 10 on my NVME m.2 drive and was working fine. Put the computer to sleep and when I came back to turn it on, it woke up to the bios and has nothing listed under boot drive, it seems the motherboard doesn’t even know the drive is there even though it working a few hours ago.

turn off the computer, unplug it from the wall and hold the power button for 15 seconds and try booting from it again

No, but I tried booting from the usb that has windows on it to see where that would get me and windows didn’t show any drives detected for me to install to.

strange how putting pc to sleep can cause this, try taking the drive out and reseating it or better try a different port. it doesnt sound like a hardware issue but its best to rule out the simple stuff first. is that a window installation usb? if so check if the drive has detected partitions in the section of the windows install?
