pre-built Streaming

I am looking for a pre-built system that I can use with my computer that I can stream to twitch with.  I want to be able to stream in 1080p or 720.  I would also like for it to be a small form factor computer.  Don't want to spend a ton of money but still want it to be good.

the cheapest thing i can think of is an old workstation , they are fast and cheap. not small at all though but you get a lot for the price. drop a capture device in it and it's good to go

Elgato recommends the following for their capture card.  Check the specs on which card you plan to buy... easy enough
