4K @ 60Hz 10bit 4:4:4 through Thunderbolt 3

ultra20

Hello,

I'd like to send a 4K @ 60Hz 10bit 4:4:4 signal from my 2018 MacBook Pro to my external monitor. I already tried various cables (USB-C - USB-C, USB-C - HDMI 2.0, USB-C - DP 1.2), but after having done some research, I think I can only get the required data transfer with Thunderbolt 3 to DP 1.3 or 1.4. However, it seems like those adapters don't really exist. Is it 'too early' to expect this quality from USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 and should I be patient until those kind of adapters are on the market, or is my information not correct and should it actually be possible through HDMI and USB-C?

Thanks!

I have tried a USB-C - DP 1.2 cable and I didn't get a 10bit signal.
