Price is a little steep, for 550 you can get a new rig that's as good.

450 is what I'd buy for.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

I'm going to assume this is a Titan Black considering the price, in which case it'd be better served as a paper weight considering the power consumption. It's probably worth 550 but you could still build a better system for that price.

The SSD is worthless, the PSU is wrothless, the RAM is probably 40 bucks or so max, the CPU is worth 70-100$, the GPU is 250 or under, the motherboard is X79 so is worth 150$ and under since it's still a useful well made board.

Yeeup, even RX 580's outperform those old Titans. It's pretty weird to think about.
