Are graphics card supposed to move up and down when installed? Or is there a way to stabilize? Also, my GTX780Ti from EVGA has a 6-slot cable and 8-slot cable. Do I connect these two from the power supply that says PCI-E? Or do I connect just one? I'm installing a sound card too..

not sure what you mean move up and down, but you do need to put both of the power cables in so always make sure you have enough power for it

It's installed in PCI-E lane. When I touch the graphics card, it moves, as in not stable.

make sure you have it screws on it on the case

It should not move.

There should be a screw hole where the rear bracket is to mount it to the case.

Also make sure that the 6pin and 8pin power connectors are plugged in or else it will not work properly.

Push the graphics card down until the "slot-lock" snaps in and screw the screws in on the left side of the case. It shouldn't move anymore.

My 7950 moves slightly if I really want it to, but some wobble is fine. Notice wobble and not moving all over the place. A bit of flex is normal because GPU's are usually heavy and the only thing holding them up is the PCI-E lane and the PCI bracket where you screw in. If it's loose then that's another thing.
