Replacing it isn't a bad idea, if anything, for lower noise.

Something like a Cooler Master Hyper 212 would do perfectly and is inexpensive.

is it normal or not with stock cooler, do i need to upgrade cooler or install some fans on the back?

Try using HWInfo64 and see if its reporting different numbers.

Also, if that's the stock cooler maybe the paste dried up or the fan/heatsink is totally clogged.

if it was hitting 105 it would have throttled. are you sure your monitoring is right?

yes! i used HWmonitor to monitor temperatures, almost all cores reached 99-100 degrees while gaming for 2-3 hours.

Your temps look fine there.

Distance to TJMAX is 65-70c.

This was gaming?

You are still at worst around 27c from throttling. Your average temperatures are around 55c. Load temps maximum appear to be high 70s. That's not awesome but perfectly fine, and I'd just chalk it up to Intel OEM coolers being not awesome.

I think HardwareMonitor was reporting bad readings.

it's not a bad idea because intel stock coolers aren't great.

That said, the temperatures you posted in your latest screen shot are perfectly fine and within normal limits.

I think the issue you had is that you never hit those temps as reported in HWMonitor because they were faulty readings.

and it makes noisy sound, when in heavy load, like low frequency sound
