Phone Line recorder

Not sure where to post this exactly, but I'm looking for something to record a landline for my Grandpa. He wants it installed and we live in a single party consent state, so legally he can. he wants something that can be set up on a seperate unused phone jack from his normal phone (wants it in his den instead of the kitchen) and he would like to have it record only when a certain number calls in, or he calls them (family drama stuff). I'm not too worried about finding anything, but I told him I'd ask and try. If it can record directly to his computer, that would be best, but not a requirement.

I've looked at that. it doesn't say if it can be set to automatically record a call with a specific number. also looks like it has to be in line with the phone as well.
