Well, you can. Just not a very good one. Also you'd have to factor in the price of a PSU. After that you haven't got much budget at all.

Also are you Welsh by any chance? Just happened to notice the title had some welsh words in it :P

Second hands maybe(still stretching the limit). But brand new and you'd be bottlenecked by the weak CPUs that would fit that budget.

Do you currently have ANY parts at all that you can re-use? Like PSU or RAM or Hard drive, anything?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x / GPU: Asus Radeon RX 6750XT OC 12GB / RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4-3200
MOBO: MSI B450m Gaming Plus / NVME: Corsair MP510 240GB / Case: TT Core v21 / PSU: Seasonic 750W / OS: Win 10 Pro

Maybe.. Depends on your luck. 150 won't be able to get you much.

You'd be better off with a GTX 980 Ti (performs about the same as a GTX 1070). If you pair that with a Xeon X5650 it wouldn't make for a bad PC at all.

You can get a Xeon X5650 for £10.99 (ebay), a Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti G1 for £195 (ebay), a brand new Corsair CX450 PSU for £46.49 (on amazon), then you can get some HyperX Blue RAM (16GB, DDR3, 1866MHz on ebay) for £53.99. You can also get an Asus Sabertooth X58 (on ebay) for £156 (including postage).

You'd have £37.53 left for a case then.

If you want links to the parts, I can add them in.

Pretty much brand new 860 Evo and Corsair 550w psu (so far it's been installed for a month and barely used)

In that case I can cut out the PSU if you've already got a working one.

Also I've re-made the build list, making it cheaper yet just as good.

CPU - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Intel-Xeon-X5650-2-66GHz-Six-Core-AT80614004320AD-Processor/143152271233
GPU - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GIGABYTE-GeForce-GTX-980-Ti-G1-6GB-Gaming-Graphics-Card-OC-Edition/173818584927
Motherboard + RAM (includes a CPU but the X5650 is worth upgrading to for only £10.99) - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ASUS-Sabertooth-X58-Motherboard-with-16GB-Corsair-Memory-and-3-2-ghz-i7-960-CPU/273621348984
