overclock 6800k not staying overclock

Could just be not great silicon, cpu overclocking is really luck of the draw. Does it have adequite cooling or is it overheating?

I am not familiar with the AsRock BIOS; could you share some UEFI screenshots?

 

I've got a i7-6800K (well..in the RMA process..long story) and a ASUS X99 Deluxe II.

Could do some UEFI BIOS setting comparisons with what you have set.

By the way, mind was running at 4.0 GHz as well.
