HP Notebook - 15-ba026ns (ENERGY STAR) does not work in any way

Hi, i have an HP Notebook - 15-ba026ns (ENERGY STAR) laptop that a friend of mine give me to repair. I shoot the troubleshoot tool that Hp offers preinstalled in their systems to check what was going wrong because there is no way to enter to Windows 10 and neither its secure mode, it always keeps loading but never posts the system. So after searching and trying what could be a possible answer to the problem I decided to uptdate the BIOS, hoping that with a new version I could do something. But guess what, there is no way to update it, i tried several versions but it ended with the same result.

I have to say that all of that becames because i can't load any bootable USB because i can't save the changes in the motherboard and i also tried to change the HDD with one with an operating system installed, but i always have the same result, restarting over and over again. The computer is not older than two years, i don't know what could gone wrong, but I'm unable to think in more possible solutions.

I hope somebody could bring me any help. If you have any questions feel free to ask about it.IMG_20190302_164423.thumb.jpg.ff64c284bc60b087437c3a85cc374346.jpg

Possibly the HDD cable? If memory serves me right it has one, I haven't worked on one of those laptops in a year or so.

Brands I wholeheartedly reccomend (though do have flawed products): Apple, Razer, Corsair, Asus, Gigabyte, bequiet!, Noctua, Fractal, GSkill (RAM only)
