Saint's Row IV gone from Never Settle Forever?

So I recently tried out Saint's Row IV from Steam's free weekend and really enjoyed it. It's also one of the games I supposedly can get with my new R9 270x when I get it. So I went to AMD's website to see what else I can get and it isn't there. Hell, the Gold rewards are exactly the same as the Silver rewards. Games get removed off of the Never Settle promos because AMD has ran out of keys for it I guess.

 

Same thing happened with Far Cry3 and some others.
