Fake WiFi provider

I have a provider that has an app for streaming live tv on android if you are on their network, unfortunately I am not at home and not in range of their network and I need to make this 2nd provider say its the one I need, anyone can help? Im on rooted android pie

That app won't work on other network.

You can use your home network by having a VPN server setup in your home pc.

Insall a vpn server and access yuor network from anywhere in the world.

Thing is im away from home and only got my galaxy note

There's nothing you can do until you have access to your setup at home.

 

As @SupaKomputa mentions, you need to setup a VPN Server in your home network (Ideally on your router, though most consumer grade routers don't support acting as a VPN Server). Then you need a VPN client on your phone (Android may be able to do this natively, but there'd be third party apps too).
