Hey guys, one of my friends is planning to get a pc and he has a budget of around 900 - 1200$. I watched Linus' build guide for a 1k pc, but when I read through the forum lots of people said the build was limited because it was sponsored by Be Quiet. Do you guys have any recommendations of what he should get?

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

does he need monitor/mouse/keyboard/ect?
