You could easily get 1300-1500 USD for that. Not sure how well that converts to CAD, been a while since I checked the conversion rate. I'd imagine that number would be closer to ~1600 CAD.

I would sell the GPU separately at maybe 1300-1600 on ebay

Then maybe sell the PC for another 1200-1300

Wouldn't $2000 USD be a bit better price? Mainly because of the Star Wars Galactic Empire Edition Titan Xp, IIRC those are a limited edition so they'd have a higher value.

Well the GPU itself is selling on Ebay for between 1400-2000 CAD and I don't think there's a large audience buying these in a system.

It would probably be easier to sell the the parts individually. If people have $2,000 CAD to blow on a PC they are most likely going to buy brand new. I know this isn't answering your question but that has already been answered by others and I thought to just add this advice. It just might be hard to sell because of how expensive it is.
