Does this include mATX or smaller?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

It is not really that much expensive, you lose some upgradability with the ram slots and limit yourself in terms of cpu cooling and gpu size.

You only have the motherboard and the case to consider in the right formfactor. Rest is almost the same.

But for 2k this is a decent price. Considering the 32 GB of ram and the 1tb NVMe ssd.

It is under budget. But yes, mini-ITX tends to be more expensive than mATX. However, it is significantly smaller than mATX.
