Bottlenecking is mostly fearmongering and only an issue in the most extreme of issues.

You're stretching it a bit too far, when I tried to pair my low-end R5 with my GTX 950 (like a 1050 or rx 560) it did bottleneck

In what games? CS;GO?

 

Paired R5 with faster GPUs than that and GPU is still the slower component.

Don't have CS;GO, but I did notice in games like Fortnite and Minecraft (I know, I play extremely good games) that my framerate was way lower than normal.

The GPU is the slow component, never said that the CPU was weak lol

Its not like these games are usually super GPU dependant.
