Its a tiny bit high, but ultimately yes it should be fine. Well, as long as those are your temps while under load.

AMD cards from those generations tend to be a little toasty mind you.

Max operating temps for that card iirc should be about 95c, so you have plenty of room, but personally i wouldnt want it to go above 80 like, ever.
