My desktop computer suddenly shutdown after a couple of minutes in Windows, tried repasting it with a proper thermal paste and its well cooled. Dunno why it keeps doing that, tried wiping the disk and installing a fresh new OS. Any more I could do?? pls help

Like the other poster said, sudden shut downs are probably a sign of a failing power supply. Or possibly a motherboard going bad. What are the specs of your system?

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

Well, there is this one thing. Being an overclockable CPU its power inputs require the basic 24pin and an 8 pin. On the 8 pin though I only have 4 inserted maybe that's whats causing it?
