Looking for a laptop for work. Lots of editing and rendering. Decent gaming capabilities preferred

My little brother works for Moving Picture Company and wants a new laptop for work. He will be regularly using programs like Maya, Nuke, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. His living situation is somewhat unstable otherwise I would build him a tower. His budget is $2,000. It’s been a while since I’ve payed attention to the latest hardware and software and I don’t know much about laptops.

 

edit: he just said he would prefer a 2k monitor. I told him he might have to up his budget lol.
