4GB if it have 2 DDR2 slots - 8GB if it have 4 DDR2 slots - 8/16GB if it haves DDR3 slots.

I don't know if this thing can handle more than 2GB at most, it's a PGA CPU it's not even LGA 775

Yeah so either 2 or 4GB. Even tho it will use like 3.25GB instead of the full 4GB.

I thought it was one of the first 775 Celeron

It‘s on PPGA478, not the Pentium 4 478 that’s the mobile pendant to LGA775 (For Core2 series)
