16 Pin CPU Power Confusion

My MSI Z390 Ace motherboard has 8+8Pin CPU Power Connection.

But My power supply thermaltake 650w came with one 8 pin CPU connection, 
I've built the PC Using i5 8600k and one 8 pin cpu connection other one 8Pin is empty.

PC is Running without any issues but is single 8Pin will cause any issues ??

No. A single 8 pin can support nearly 300 watts of power before it will start really hurting, which for a 8600k is solidly in the liquid nitrogen overclocking range.

The second 8 pin would be required for high end watercooled 9900K overclocking or extreme overclocking of other chips using dry ice/LN2

Threadripper 32 core on ambient, 24 core on liquid nitrogen, Skylake-X 14 core and higher on liquid nitrogen. You'd want 8+4pin on TR 24 core and Skylake-X 16 core (and good luck cooling Skylake-X). AM4 and LGA 1151 CPUs never need more than a single 8pin EPS even under liquid nitrogen.
