New PC, GeForce Experience causes BSOD

Just build a new PC, rtx 2080 gpu.  Every time i try and open GeForce experience to update the drivers i get the BSOD with the Error Code: VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL.  I made sure Windows 10 was up to date, but have no clue how to proceed.  ANY help would be much appreciated!

i dont know much about fixing those, but i'd say check into your RAM

faulty ram is usually the case of a BSOD,
