RAM Issue Hanging

I am trying to diagnose some issues with a program which keeps on hanging. I noticed the ram is going at 80% and goes down to 40% at idle  with no program running in the background

So i swapped it with new ram just to see and still having the same issue. The ram sticks are currently in A1 and A2.... If i move the ram to B1 and B2 would that cause an issue? I'm not sure if its the motherboard.

I have reinstalled Windows  before this but still had the issue.

Standard for dual channel on most motherboards with 4 slots is A2 and B2. Try that

a1 and b1 or a2 and b2. use that.
