Wifes budget work station

Cb2394

So, the wife asked for a small-budget work station, so she got one that I could be proud of throwing together, and in turn I'm showing it off next to everyone's crazy systems. She's not wanting to game, just wanting to draw and browse the web.

Ryzen 3 1200 (my old CPU)

8gb ballistic sport ram (2x4)

ASRock B450m

Evga GT 610 (put me back a whopping $15)

120gb Kingston SSD

2tb Seagate barracuda HDD

All together I pieced this together for under $300, not including the cost of the CPU since I recycled it, which I am happy with. Next, time for a desk.

Haha she asked for the case and the colors, and I was thinking about selling the 1200, but decided against it.

I bet you can remove all case fans while keeping sys cool

I can confirm that you can, it does not produce heat.

Not sure anyone would buy a used 1200 .. or any other used ryzen 3 chip .. the 2200g made all other ryzen 3 chips obsolete

Color balance on the picture is all off, I played with camera settings for a bit trying to get it right and couldn't (I'm no photographer), lights are much dimmer in person and they're actually a dark forest green, but hey that's what she asked for.
