All CPUs overclock differently so technically no one can give you an exact answer.

I can't seem to find your cooler so I'm not sure how far you'll be able to push your CPU. I look up your cooler but all I get is a case, so maybe I'm missing something here.

If your cooler is good enough, go into the BIOS and increase the CPU multiplier slowly, then try and boot into your PC. After that, run a Prime95 stress test to see if the CPU overclock is stable. Keep doing that until you either are happy with the results, or it gets too hot.

You can probably do some light overclocking. If my directions weren't enough (I may have missed a few things), there are lots of guides online.

well i know how to chance the multipler and i need to test it with voltage increase too.? or a guide on how to make it run at perk performance all the time like the build in linux video

Here's my take on it. If you don't need to overclock, then you probably shouldn't. It sounds like you've never done it before or are very rusty on it. If you really need it, then go for it, but if not, then there's no need.

Usually the stock voltage for a CPU is a little higher than needed, so thats why people undervolt their CPU (so it isn't as hot). You will probably be able to overclock the CPU a little before you need to increase the voltage.
