Hi ! is there a possibility to upgrade laptop up-to a certain degree like installing a better motherboard or Ram(s) and stuff like that ? Do they come with their own specific size standards ?

Most motherboards have all custom PCBs, sometimes a mix of CPU, RAM, and storage that can be fixed to the board. Some laptops have fixed CPUs and GPUs but have removable/upgradable RAM (this is the most common setup I've seen). Some also let you remove/replace/upgrade the storage drive (also common) while others have the storage soldered right onto the PCB. Some special systems boast full desktop CPUs which can be swapped, although this is rare and you definitely pay for it.

You really have to look into the specific laptop model for specifics. Every one is different. But for the most part, its all proprietary stuff.

Gaming - Ryzen 5800X3D | 64GB 3200mhz  MSI 6900 XT Mini-ITX SFF Build

Home Server (Unraid OS) - Ryzen 2700x | 48GB 3200mhz |  EVGA 1060 6GB | 6TB SSD Cache [3x2TB] 66TB HDD [11x6TB]

There are some laptops that use standard desktop sockets but those are kinda expensive and there's also an old standard that was used for graphics cards that let you change them easily in select laptops (i forgot what they're called, if u know please tell me) but they're obsolete now.

Most you can upgrade is RAM, Hard drive, not sure about wifi/bluetooth cards. Another thing you can change but not on every laptop is the display (i seldomly see, but heard this happened with my friend) and you can remove the wifi card and plug in an external graphics card (those things from china that use the pci-e slot the wifi card is using for graphics instead of wifi)
