the Asus maximus series isnt all that great. they arent bad, but there are way better options

I am pretty sure Asus Aura is not supported by Corsair (neither is MSI Mystic Light, Gigabyte Fusion, etc.), you have to use their iCUE software.

The only way to control the RGB of these fans with software is using their Lighting Node Pro (which, as said above, comes included in a two pack of LL140's).

 

The only mention of Corsair RGB + Aura Sync is this thread:

Which basically is just an explanation of how to use some other third party program and people replying it is somewhat janky (color don't match up between Corsair and Asus products, allegedly at the time).
