Degrees C? Also, what is the cooler you're using and the ambient temperature? (Of course if the PC is in a room which is 20 degrees C, it will be warmer than when it is in a room that is 0 degrees C).

In general, 40-50 degrees C in idle would be okay, if your machine is in a around 20 degree C environment.

temperature jumping around is fine, the CPU can sometimes get work to do and get hot but the fan speed doesnt react that quickly in order to not annoy users with noise.

Idle temp isn't that important, load temp is.

 

Also, what is the ambient temperature of the room
