I am looking for a home depot part, modified cpu cooler or something crazy ... they used to use aquarium parts to do watercooling...

I have a socket A block strapped down to the socket with a bent AM2 fan retention bracket, and used 1/4 clear vinyl tubing from Canadian tire with brass plumbing fittings. Does that count?
