So I got 3 different drives for various things on my PC

1 - 840 EVO 120 SSD  -  Win 7/ Boot SSD
1 - 840 EVO 250 SSD  -  Games/ Gaming SSD
1 - WD Black 750 HDD  -  Misc files/ Whatever HDD

OK Now I am building my PC and wondering should I just install the boot 120gb SSD and get windows installed and running, then install my other 2 drives.  Just to make sure there is no confusion when installing the OS ?  Does it even matter and I should just install all 3 and then install windows ?

I haven't seen this issue in anything I've ever built (So it shouldn't matter) but staying comfortable is essential, especially if it is your first time building. And I'm sure unplugging the sata ends of the connectors from your hard drives won't be too much trouble.
