Hi there, I'm havingg trouble understanding what you're trying to say here, could you elaborate a bit more on your problem or rephrase it?

if i set obs bitrate to 1800 kbps it is fine and stable it goes (1600-2000kbps) but if i set it to 2000 kbps it is not stable it goes (200-1600kbps) why is that if i set it to 2000kbps it is dropping so mutch  (i have 2000kbps connection but on speedtest.net i got 4000kbps)

That's odd to me, the maximum bitrate in OBS should always be where it cuts off sending more packets.

Or are you talking about your speedtest result whilst testing OBS?

I'm seeingg some heavy spikes in usage on your processor and GPU there. Is this common in game? Does it frequently max out when you stream?

Oh, don't worry, I'm fully aware of that.

Does lowering any settings help you with your frame drops at all?

if i set obs bitrate to 1600 it is stable but on 1600kbps you can't stream 720p
