Specific games?

I know Intel CPUs are expensive but their single threaded performance is better than AMD's. Depends on the game.

AMD CPU's benefit alot from RAM speeds, so keep that in mind.

Also what Video Card are you going to use?

Make sure your PSU has enough watts!

Depends what you play.

If you stick with LoL and cs:go then yes it will be fine. But AAA games, that's a nope.

You should make an effort to buy a motherboard with a B350 or B450 chipset, because they generally have a higher construction quality and they also allow overclocking. Boards with A320 chipset have some limitations (no overclocking, only 2 memory slots, fewer SATA ports, generally no heatsinks and undersized VRM for the processor because no overclocking makes that possible)

In the future, if you would want to upgrade the processor, a better motherboard would help in that regard. The price differences are not that big.

If the budget is really tight, it may make more sense to go with an Athlon200ge and only 4 GB of memory and put the ~ 60-70$ you save to another 30-50$ and  you could buy a used RX 470 or RX 570 - you should be able to find them for around 100-120$ in total.

The reasoning is you could also buy another stick of 4 GB later, and you could also upgrade the processor later (and you'd still sell the 200ge for a reasonable amount, like let's say you buy it now for 55$ and someone will buy it from you for 40$ in a few months.

An Athlon200ge + a RX 470/ RX 570 would give you more fps and higher resolutions that a single 2200g

No Video Card or is it just me?

Which country is it, because prices can be very different. Dont rely just on a integrated gpu. As the other fellow said for CS GO and LoL its gonna be fine (if you have a separate video card)

50 uk pounds : Athlon 200ge :  https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07HJWVJDN/

40 uk pounds : Asrock A320M-HDV : https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B06XNRWM3C/

48 uk pounds : Crucial Ballistix BLS8G4D26BFSC 8 GB 2666 Mhz  :  https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MS79QSP/

30 uk pounds : Kingston A400 : https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01N5IB20Q/

42 uk pounds : beQuiet 500w : https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B079KBPXZJ/

33 uk pounds : Fractal Design Core 1100 Series Micro ATX Case - Black/Pearl : https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00KXXZS74/

So that's 243 uk pounds or 2075 kr  ... and I think the price includes the 20% or 21% vat... or it doesn't.. I'm not sure.

Add around 20 uk pounds to ship these to you in Denmark from Amazon's UK or German warehouses.

The point is there's a big difference between 2075 kr and 3999 kr , you can spend that difference on a good video card like the RX 570 or RX 580 - these give you the best performance in 1080p gaming.

The processor is slow, but functional, and it still has integrated graphics though kinda weak, not good for anything bigger than 720p gaming.

Assembling the PC by yourself is really not hard, it's like lego. You can ask here or follow build tutorials on Youtube

Upgrading's also easy, for example in the case of the processor you just unscrew the cooler, open the lid, take out cpu, put new cpu, add a bit of thermal paste and screw the cooler back in place, that's all ... you don't have to be afraid of making your own system.
