fixed Games lag when i do certain things

Hi lately some of my games have started lagging when i do certain actions in game.

in siege when ever i use lion's ability or someone else used it i will get high ping and low fps and my screen is practically not moving till it ends.

on warframe when i shoot my gun i will get once again low fps and high ping and when im hosting the lobby all others get 300+ ping also.

here are my specs

i7 7700

gtx 1070

16 gb ram

500gb samsung ssd

2tb western digital hdd
