It really depends on your budget and other compents. You don't always just want to buy a high end card if it leaves the rest of your system lacking the power needed to utilize the GPU.

All of these are relatively easy to run, all depending on your resolution (1080p, 4k, etc)

i'm also going to be streaming, yes most of the game i play is set at 4k resolution
