Need Help on Decreasing the Bottleneck

Go to solution Solved by zlolslavez,

You have a clear CPU bottleneck; dual core from 2013. Also might be having some RAM issues (low amount) . The only way that you'll resolve this a CPU/RAM/MOBO upgrade. Something in the 2200G/2600 range would suit your graphics card.

Hello guys i would love if you guys would give me some info regarding the setup and if it's good or bad...

This is my current build
CPU- AMD A6-6400k
Motherboard- MSI FM2-A55m-E33
RAM- Kingston HyperX Fury 4GB DDR3 DRAM 1866MHz
HDD- Seagate Barracuda 500gb SATA
Case-Thermaltake Versa G1
Power supply- Corsair TX650M Semi-Modular

GPU - ASUS Strix GTX 1060 6GB

My problem is when i played Rise of the Tomb Raider the FPS is just 30 FPS with Occasional Stutter and Scenery not loading..
So i figured it must be my processor is too weak for my GPU.
Esports titles like Dota and CSGO is ok for my current rig.
But I've been planning on playing triple A games in 1080p
