P2419H vs U2419H

I'm adding an new monitor besides my U2312HM monitor (great monitor). Any suggestions about those two models? Which one should I get? Usage for text-editing, coding (10hrs/day).

I cannot get to find any reviews on the internet for the U2419H.

The main difference between Dell's U series and P series are it's color calibration and accuracy for the U series, unless you are looking for the absolute best color accuracy for editing work or want that as a specific feature in general the P or even S series will do just depends on what you are seeking for.
