I got 1 phanteks 140mm (no pwm)
2 silent wing 3 120mm

2 cooler master pressure fans 140mm with the controller 

i dont know how much to ask for them

Cheap, very very cheap. Maybe $10 per fan? If that? Check local listings, but don't expect too much.

$10 for used I would not pay more then that unless it noctua fan

you shouldn't pay more than that for a used Noctua IMO. They have quite a few that are around $20 new, so some random internet dude's used one? not worth more than half at best. You're taking a big risk that it might die any time.

Then Phanteks fan isn't worth the hassle, the Silen Wings 3 are good fans, but they're about 18-20$ new and the Cooler Master pressure optimized fans are probably bundled fans from an AiO and probably just mediocre at best.
