Websites Blocked on My Pc......FIX????

hey guys, 

my computer has been blocked from multiple different sites, by the command 127.0.0.1www.example.com

 

does anybody know how to undo this 

i can see the blocked on notepad via the command in cmd  notepad C:/Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts

 

it seems that the person that used it before me blocked it for their child ( a freind of mine) and cant undo it...

 

can anybody tell me how to reverse this...

youtube as well as reddit are all blocked, making using the computer for leisure very hard..

please shed some light on this if possible

You have to start notepad as an administrator to edit the host-file: Just search for "editor" in the start menu, rightklick - open as administrator. Then open the hosts-file inside this editor and do as @duncannah said
