Also, kinda looks like there aren't any, but you can buy a cheaper board and then buy a wifi card

Okay. If what you mean is a WIFI card, then here you go:

 

This board is $120 USD, and is the cheapest AM4 board with Wifi. I am aware this is the US site, and if you are not in the United States you can simply google the board in your locale.

Cheapest option is the Asrock B350 Fatality ITX, at just over 100 euros in amazon.de

There is no such thing as a wifi cable.

 

Also, having just bought a board for under 100$, don't. I made the mistake, don't make my mistake. Just wait an extra month, save the extra 20 or 30$ for a decent B450 or even an X370 and be happy with your life decisions. My X370 Gaming Pro Carbon has been decent and I would recommend it in the <150$ category, but Gamers Nexus/Buildzoid have lots of good board reviews that go pretty in depth to help you make a choice. Short version, MSI boards have a well balanced spread from ~120$ and up, so pick the level you want from there based on detailed technical reviews.

Here is a cheap wireless adapter. You can install this like you install a graphics card, and it will give an existing board WiFi.
