SSD cache on boot drive?

So I have a 480gb SSD as my boot drive and a 1 tb HDD for storage. If I were to make a portion of my SSD a cache(say 100gb or so), would it be able to speed load times of games stored on my HDD? Or since it is the drive where Windows is operating, would it not be recommended.

You can do this with some programs, but its normally not suggested, and won't help too much

Alright, my main hope was to shorten game load times, as all programs are already on the ssd
