I'm looking for recommendations for a gaming mouse. Most of what I play is Overwatch and Rainbow 6 Siege, so I don't need anything too out there, just a couple buttons for things like melee and reload. The only thing I have to have is size. Small mice are uncomfortable for me, so I'm looking for a larger one (read, as big as I can get) with decent DPI settings. I don't really have too much in the way of brand preferences, my current mouse is Logitech, keyboard is Gskill, and headset is Corsair.

Which kind of grip do you prefer?

I've been on a search for the best big mouse for years and my favorites so far are Speedlink Decus Respec, Razer Deathadder Elite, and Corsair Glaive.

I bought a Speedlink Omnivi Core to try it out and while it is also nice, I like the Decus Respec more overall because it is wider.

OP asks to recommend a large gaming mouse:

These are "larger" FPS mice. You cant find many HUGE ones, but its all about the way you grip it too.

Thing is, the OP is asking for a large mouse, he already said that small mice are uncomfortable for him, and you're recommending some of the smallest mice offered by logitech and zowie, if just depends how you hold it is a stupid argument, especially when op has explicitly stated that he is uncomfortable with small mice.

I have been mouse-hunting myself and partially out of curiosity and partially cause I love Corsair, I picked up the new Ironclaw. Its on the bigger side, its made for palm grip users which is why I wanted to give it a shot. It doesn't have enough buttons for me personally, though it has 7, but I'm coming from a Scimitar which oddly I now complain it has TOO MANY (17) buttons ? its lightweight at 105g, the optical sensor has a whopping 18,000 DPI, and it has programmable RGB and onboard profiles. Also the cable is braided and honestly it would probably be perfect for me if it had just a few more buttons in different places (I am also trying out the G502 which has the buttons right, but not the size, and the G602 would be perfect...if it weren't a battery-powered wireless....)

But I can definitely recommend the Ironclaw, heck even the Scimitar is great its just...so many buttons...I got it when I used to play MMOs but I don't anymore, but if you want a bajillion buttons to do all the things, the Scimitar is awesome. Another Corsair mouse you might be interested in is the Dark Core, which is capable of both bluetooth wireless, 2.4ghz wireless through a dongle and comes with a cable, it has a similar size to the G602 and buttons more like the G502, but its very light. Also has two changeable side panels for the right side of the mouse so you have a little lip to rest your pinky on. I use it for my laptop because of the bluetooth. The Logitech MX Master is another, larger-sized mouse and while its not a gaming mouse its still a great mouse. It also has bluetooth and can connect to 3 computers without having to re-pair everything. I might even go so far as to say its my favorite mouse that I've used so far. And now I have realized I have too many mice.

...I'm starting a mouse collection.

Hello fellow mouse collector!

Have you used the Corsair Glaive? I have that and like it, but have not seen a Scimitar yet.

To be totally honest i'm almost to the point of just designing my own mouse because nobody makes exactly what I want. Lots of mice are 'pretty good' but nothing I've found is perfect yet. Same goes for the keyboard.

My dream setup would be basically a Microsoft Ergo Keyboard 4000 but TKL version and with Razer's goofy laser switches instead of membrane, and a mouse that is long enough, wide enough and tall/scooped enough to fill my entire hand with just a slight lift on the left side for a more ergonomic tilt of the wrist position, left and right click buttons on the scroll wheel, and 4 large but comfortably separated side buttons for the thumb.

My hands are not THAT big, and actually on the smaller side for my height so I can't be the only person who would like a much larger mouse than what most manufacturers crank out...

I haven't had a chance to try out the Glaive yet, but I've been eyeballing it. Reviews I've read are mixed, and while I love the ability to change the side panels (one of the reasons why I love the Dark Core so much) it still just doesn't have the right button layout for me. Almost nothing I've found does. The Dark Core kind of does, but for my desktop I want a wired mouse, and the G502 is...well, I'm still testing it out, but it might still be too narrow for me. I'm happy with my keyboard, thankfully (Corsair K95 Platinum RGB) I'm not as picky about my keyboard since it was easy to find one that had what I wanted. Media keys, some macro keys, Cherry MX browns and lots of RGB. Easy peasy. I thought I was good with the Scimitar, but now I don't play MMOs anymore for various reasons, so the 12 side buttons are overkill. It was basically the perfect size, though, which is why I'm having such a hard time finding a new mouse - either not the right button layout, or not the right size - or too friggin' expensive for me right now.
