Stand-off Issue

I'm having some trouble with some scews while securing a new board. It is screwed in, but at the bottom, the stand-off is out of the case, just sitting there.

 

I have done this in the past, but this one is extra tricky. Anyone have any pointers here, other than "hold a pliers on the stand-off and turn the screw out"?

It's still really blurry. Just a suggestion, if you can prop your phone on a flat surface so your hands aren't impacting the picture that would work well. Also, check your pictures before posting them.
