Laptop adapter fries again and again in college

Hi, I have a Lenovo Y520(i5 7300HQ) gaming laptop, it's 135 W adapter has a rating --->input 100-240V~1.5A 50-60 Hz

--->output 20V--6.75A. My problem is that when I plug in my adapter in my college, no matter which computer lab in my college, the charger gets fried up and I have to request for a new one. How can I just sort of make it travel effective? Any recommendations or anything? Plz help
