[Streaming] OBS using NVEC whats the best bitrate for 1080p 60fps???

and please guide me for the settings in OBS

 

i am currenty streaming at bitrate 8000 in obs and nvec

point out any other relevant settings too for optimizing.

 

my laptop is alienware 15r3 (1070, 16GB, 7700HQ)

Upload and service you are using. Twitch has 6000kbps limit for non-partners.
