120mm fan in Evolv X with Rad?

Is it possible to fit a 120mm fan on top on the Phantek Evolv X chassis with a 280mm aio in top position as well?

No, not with a 280. You won't have enough space.

It's 3x 120 or 2x 140 with only the width of the re circulation blocker left.

For optimum cooling for an i9 would you position a 360 aio, a 280 aio or 3 120 fans and a dual tower air cooler?

I'm running a front-mounted push configuration 280mm with 2x 140mm exhaust (top) and a 120mm exhaust out the rear on a 4790k and a 1080ti with ~1000RPM fans (NH-D14s for radiators, Silent Wings 3 for chassis fans). It's capable of keeping temperatures where I'm happy.

I know this thread was about fans but I was trying to find threads about MB sizes that it can fit. does anyone here think this case can hold a MB that is 305mm?

Create a new post. The case fits ATX and EATX.

I do have a topic about its just a hard question to answer. the cases description says EATX up to 280mm but why are the MB up to 305mm so the question because can you remove the sliding covers and make the case fit the bigger MB? Just trying to find some one that has experience with the case and I thought that other threads with molding or trying to get things to fit might have someone that knows the answer in it. Ether way sorry for being of topic here.
