Hey guys,

New here, however, I've been following the yt channel for a while.

I know my way around computers but for this I need some help from you, smart guys.
For a business project we're looking into a way or device to videocall handsfree.

This means our tech guy has to be able to use his both hands while livestreaming a video and meanwhile being able to communicate over the phone.

For example in the car industry: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjb4VKgfo08
The device used in this video is too expensive and extensive for our use.

It could be as simple as taping a smartphone on your forehead while skyping but that's not really the solution we're looking for. ?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
Cheers.

Lazy phone holder, if this is what you mean. You can strap it in front of the face.

He/she can toggle the camera front facing / to the face when working handsfree.

GoPro - Use the head strap, connect it via wireless to a local PC, and use the PC to stream it. The GoPro can have a mic input to make the audio acceptable as well.

You cannot use Gopro wirelessly as a webcam, you need some interface like elgato to trick the pc its a usb webcam.

You need cables to do it, no wireless.

A phone is just way too easy, and would not be as costly, as the business owner can just "borrow" their technician phone to do the job.

I've looked into using Periscope with iPhone so you can live broadcast using the GoPro but you can't be on the phone meanwhile.
GoPro with the head strap is good idea to start off with.

I like the lazy phone holder idea, although not really useable, I think.
When working in small areas and trying to show our tech support what he's working on and meanwhile following the steps given by our tech support, a phone would be too clumsy, no?

You mean a double sided video conversation?

That's a bit hard, because not all phones can use both side camera at the same time.

What kind of tech support are you talking about?

You can get 2 cameras, place one camera as a face cam, and the other with a tripod facing the work desk.

And then use some kind of camera switcher.

You can use OBS to do it wirelessly. Works fine with my Hero 4 Black.

No, our tech support has to able to see what our technician is working on while being able to give instructions.
The tech support i'm talking about is remote diagnostic in the engine/electronics sector.

I found this wearable ORDRO EP5 on amazon, which has most of the features but it looks cheap and really not durable.

That camera is the only thing i've come across, and seeing the review, the quality seems to be "experimental".

And i don't think it has enough battery to last long duration conversations.

Your best bet, if you don't wanna use a phone, would be the Gopro + OBS route, but needs a lot of training to use it.
