I am planning to build a new PC, but it should not cost more than 400-450. It should contain an Intel Core i5-8400 (or similar). I don't need any periphals, monitors or hard drives. I want to use the PC, mostly for playing Games in 1080p.
I would be glad ,if somebody could help me :)

Intel shouldn't be what you have in mind for budget gaming. Intel isn't the only choice anymore.

There's no fucking way you can fit an 8400 into this budget of a build.

ryzen 2200g and an rx 570 or 580 is good for budget.

you can as demonstrated above, though you need to tighten the belt in a few locations

edit: if he wants something better, he needs to find an R9 290x for 80-90 euroes on the used market
